Scheduling an Appointment
Call 415-580-0136 or email me at and leave a message with your number and a few good times to reach you. I will call you and we can discuss your interest in therapy. We will also discuss fee, scheduling, and address any basic procedural and logistical questions you might have.
I do not take insurance, though I can provide invoices for you to give to your insurance. You will need to discuss with your provider what they are willing to cover.
I have some sliding scale for fees based on your need and my availability.
The initial meeting is an opportunity to get to know each other and discuss your needs and for me to gather relevant information to your concerns and interests. If we decide we are not a fit, I will offer you support in getting appropriate referrals to meet your needs.
The first two or three sessions give us some time to clarify your goals and create a mutually agreed upon course of beginning our work together. This includes getting an experiential sense of how I work and discussing some beginning assessments relative to your presenting concerns.
Sessions are 50 minutes long.
